Servicios Tecnológicos Hotelenco, S.L., with registered office at calle Isla de Hierro no. 3, 28700 San Sebastián de los Reyes (Madrid), holder of Tax Identification Code (C.I.F.) B-82584129, owner of the www.hotelplease.com portal, informs its users on its Policy on Protection of Personal Data in accordance with current legislation on such matters.
The user accepts that the personal data he has supplied or may supply in future to SERVICIOS TECNOLOGICOS HOTELENCO, may be processed in a personal data file. The data thus recorded may be used to send offers or advertising and other commercial promotions, competitions or subscriptions to information journals or for the purposes of administration of the service subscribed for and management of incidents.
The files thus created will be the property and the responsibility of SERVICIOS TECNOLOGICOS HOTELENCO. The owner of the data will at all times have the right to access the automated files and may exercise the rights of access, correction, cancellation and opposition in the terms contemplated in data-protection legislation. For that purpose, a letter must be sent by duly-authenticated means (registered mail, fax or certified fax), signed by the owner of the data, to the registered office of SERVICIOS TECNOLOGICOS HOTELENCO, as stated in the letterhead, attaching a copy of his or her National Identity Document. In that letter, the owner of the data must state the address to which SERVICIOS TECNOLOGICOS HOTELENCO may send confirmation that it has complied with the request.
The parties hereto, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction, accept Spanish law as the law governing this agreement and they submit to the courts and tribunals of Madrid for the resolution of any litigation that may derive therefrom.
