• The minimum-price guarantee applies solely to confirmed online reservations performed at www.hotelplease.com
• Any complaints must be submitted during the next 24 hours after confirming your reservation with Hotelplease.
• In order to claim a refund, the reservation needs to have been previously paid in full.
• You must be able to successfully perform an online reservation immediately on the other website. Thus, “on request” reservations are excluded from the minimum-price guarantee and will not be considered.
• Both reservations must be exactly the same (type and number of rooms, lodging, etc).
