(hereinafter referred to as HOTELPLEASE), with domicile in San Sebastián de los Reyes (Madrid), calle Isla de Hierro 3, 28700 (Telephone no. 91 713 07 77, Fax 91 368 18 71) in order to protect the Usersof this site.
Furthermore, the purpose of this Website (www.hotelplease.com) is to provide you with information on the products and services supplied by HOTELPLEASE, such as on-line room booking, pre-booking service, hotel locator, locator by price, customer services, employment exchange or any other services that may be offered or supplied by HOTELPLEASE at any given time.
For the purposes of these General Conditions, a website will be considered to consist of the following:
a)The external appearance of the screen interfaces, both static and dynamic, in other words the site navigation tree.
b) The integrated elements in screen interfaces and the navigation tree, including but not limited to texts, images, sounds, databases, multimedia products, renditions, artistic performances, recordings, photographs, broadcasting signals and, in general, all creations and objects expressed by any means or on any medium known at present or invented in future whether or not protected by current legislation on intellectual or industrial property or by any other similar legal systems and any on-line services or resources offered to "Users".
Notwithstanding the foregoing, access to and use of certain Content and/or Services of this Website may be subject to certain particular conditions, legal notices, directives and regulations for use (hereinafter referred to as "Particular Conditions") of which Users are previously notified and which will, as appropriate, replace, supplement and/or amend the General Conditions contained herein. Those Particular Conditions are automatically incorporated into these General Conditions.

The Content and/or Services offered by HOTELPLEASE through its Website are not intended for minors and therefore HOTELPLEASE neither requests nor stores information relating to minors.
II. User conditions
Use of this Website and/or its services confers on you the status of User (User), which implies full acceptance, without reservation, and validity of all Conditions or Rules in the version published at the moment when you access them and you are therefore liable for any loss and damage that HOTELPLEASE may suffer as a consequence of default of any of your obligations under those Conditions or Rules. For that reason, the User must be aware of the importance of reading these Conditions or Rules on each visit to the Website.
III. Acces to content and services

The User agrees to make proper use of his username and password and keep both secret. The User will be solely responsible for keeping his username and password secret and assumes personal responsibility for any activities carried out or taking place through their use. The User may cancel and deactivate his registration at any time using his username and password. The User acknowledges and accepts that HOTELPLEASE reserves the right to cancel any registrations that remain inactive for an unreasonable length of time.

The User agrees and undertakes:

XII. Security Measures
In order to ensure the confidentiality and completeness of the Information, HOTELPLEASE has adopted all the technical and organisational requirements described in Royal Decree 994/99 of 11 June and in the other regulations developing that Decree relating to its information systems.
XIII. Browsing with Cookies

Thus, if any User or third party considers that any facts or circumstances exist that are indicative of unlawful use of any content and/or service or the performance of any unlawful activity on the Website or through the Services provided that User may contact the Legal Department at the registered office of HOTELPLEASE indicated above, supplying the following information:
a) The name, surnames, national identity document number, address, telephone number and e-mail address of the person claiming the infringement and, as appropriate, the signature of the holder of the rights allegedly infringed or, as appropriate, the person authorised to act for and/or on that person's behalf.

XVI. Aplicable law and jurisdiction
The Website is operated and controlled by HOTELPLEASE from its offices in Spain. Consequently, all matters that may derive from access and/or use of the Website will be considered as governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain. HOTELPLEASE and the Users, for the resolution of any dispute that may arise with regard to its validity, performance, fulfilment or termination, in full or in part, submit, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction or any other jurisdiction to which they may have a right, to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the capital city of Madrid.
