I just made a reservation, should I contact HotelPlease to make sure they have received it successfully?

After entering the necessary data, the reservation confirmation page will be displayed with your reservation reference number. That means your reservation has been made successfully and is already confirmed. In short you will receive confirmation to your email address as well as a reservation voucher for you to print and hand in upon arrival to the hotel. Please make sure all data on the reservation voucher is correct. If it isn't, you can contact us via email at reservas@hotelplease.com or over the phone at 902 176 176.

Do I need to register in order to make a reservation at Hotelplease.com?

You do not need to register in order to make a reservation through Hotelplease. However, we do recommend our users to register in order to speed up the reservation process for future reservations as well as to stay updated on special promotions.

What is included in the price?

When you make an availability check, our search engine quotes you a price for each available hotel. The price is the total of the stay plus the services requested by the guest at the time of making the reservation. The direct and indirect rates and taxes which apply to each service (VAT and IGIC, a tax specific to the Canary Islands) are included. It may be the case that some locations will have a special local tax that is not included and must be paid directly in the hotel.

How do I pay for the reservation?

Payment is made by credit or debit card or by bank transfer (this last option is only valid for Spanish residents and depends on the check-in date). For your security, HOTELPLEASE reserves the right to request additional information and/or documentation from the client in order to verify the payment details. Making a reservation implies the client's authorisation to charge the total cost to the credit card which has been given. If it is the case that the transaction cannot be carried out, Hotelplease will contact the client in order to confirm the credit card number or to ask for the details of another credit card. If the client cannot be contacted, Hotelplease reserves the right to cancel the services that have been reserved.

What discounts are there for children?

Children can always benefit from discounts when sharing a room with 2 adults. Under 2 year olds are considered as babies. Their stay is free, although there may be a supplementary charge if a cot is required. Those between 2 and 12 years olds are considered as children. In some hotels the maximum age of children who can benefit from discounts may be as high as 16 years old. In both cases each establishment will specify the supplementary charges depending on the date. Supplementary cots and beds are subject to availability in each hotel

What time can I check-in and check-out of the hotel?

You can occupy your room from 1pm on the first day of the reservation and should leave before 12 pm on the last day. When staying in an apartment you should check the conditions of each establishment. In whichever case, your reservation is guaranteed for 24 hours, allowing you the option, if necessary, to arrive late on the check-in day.

Cancellations / Modifications

Once confirmed, you will be able to access the reservation via the website. To make any changes or to cancel the reservation you should contact our customer services department quoting the reference number at 902 176 176. Full or partial cancellations will not incur any costs if they are made before the expenses period, which is stated when making the reservation, expires. The sum of these expenses is established before the reservation is finalised, we therefore ask you to check every detail carefully before confirmation. The non-use of services without cancellation or prior notification by the client still allows Hotelplease to collect payment for the expenses corresponding to the reservation.
